If you would like to practice your powers to use them for the greater good, walk in and give the Observatory the thumbs up, and they'll create the new location all around you. Please follow the following rules to practice your powers:

• Find an image that reflects the Role-Play spot you're about to create
• Make sure to decribe the place you went. At least make sure the description tells what and where the place is
• Keep Role-Playing - there's nothing worse than a Role-Play that doesn't get finished, especially when created as a forum.
