Age Policy |
In Character - A user can be inactive 14 days until they get a warning. After that, they have 2 weeks to become active again. If they do not become active after this amount of time, they will be considered to have become inactive, and will lose user rights if they have any, and there characters will go up for adoption.
Users with Rights:
- Rollbacks and Admins - Rollbacks and Admins must make a minimum of 10 edits in a 5 day stretch. If a Rollback or Admin does not do this three times in a row without giving reason as to why they've been inactive, they will be set up for a demotion vote.
No editing - A user who has not edited in a 4 week period will be categorized as an Inactive User and characters set up for adoption/deletion.
Exceptions - None of these rules apply if the user has given a good enough explanation as to why they have become inactive. Always remember that real life comes first. These exceptions include Sickness and vacation. All other reasons will be looked at and decided by the Administration.
- Bereaucrats - Bereaucrats must be sure to have 1 hour of active chat time through a 5 day stretch. They must also have at least 10 edits to OOC, Archive, and/or department pages within a 5 day stretch. If they do not do this three times in a row or more without giving reason as to why they've been inactive, they will be set up for a demotion vote. The same things for the Rollbacks and Admins also applies to the Bereaucrats.
